All of our doctors will see patients via telehealth and appointments are available for patients from anywhere in Australia.
Some of our practitioners see patients face to face. You can find out where your doctor has in-person rooms by checking their profile.
Bookings can be made by submitting an online booking request through the 'Contact Us' form on our website, or alternatively you can book online via the 'Schedule an Appointment' button on our home page.
A current referral is required to receive a medicare rebate for your appointment. Referrals can be from your specialist General Practitioner (typically valid for 12 months) or another specialist doctor (valid for 3 months). Referrals must be dated before your appointment to fulfill medicare requirements.
Appointment times vary depending on which doctor you are seeing, what the appointment is for, and whether it is an initial or review appointment.
In general, initial appointments will be between 30 - 45 minutes and review appointments will 15-30 minutes duration.
For telehealth appointments you will be sent a link for the appointment a few days beforehand. When you click the link to attend your appointment you will be directed to a virtual waiting room and your doctor will join you when they are ready.
Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments can be made either via email or via our 'Schedule an Appointment' bookings page. A cancellation/non-attendance fee of $65 may apply to any cancellations or rescheduling made within 24 hours of your appointment.
This is a private-billing clinic and each healthcare provider sets their own consultation fees. You can find these on their individual practitioner page on our website. There is often a reduced fee for those with pension cards or healthcare card holders.
Payments are to be made in full on the day of the appointment.
We accept EFTPOS and credit card payments. We accept VISA and Mastercard.
Patients should receive their medicare rebate directly into their nominated bank accounts* within 48 hours.
*Please ensure your bank details are registered and up to date with Medicare for this to occur.
