Face to face appointments are available in our consulting rooms at 296 Greenhill Rd, Glenside SA 5065. Off-street car parking is available with entry via L'Estrange St.
All of our specialists will see patients via telehealth and appointments are available for patients from anywhere in Australia. A deposit of $250 is required at the time of appointment confirmation for new patient telehealth appointments. This is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment with at least 2 business days notice.

For appointments with Dr Lachlan Angus, Dr Jenna Paterson or Dr Pamela Outhwaite, a valid referral is required to receive the maximal medicare rebate for your appointment.
Dr Danae Kent sees clients both with and without referral. Medicare rebates vary with and without a referral and we recommend you discuss your individual situation with our receptionist at the time of booking.
Referrals can be from your specialist General Practitioner (typically valid for 12 months) or another specialist doctor (valid for 3 months). Referrals must be dated before your appointment to fulfill medicare requirements. You are responsible for ensuring your referral is current at the time of appointment. Please ask us if you are unsure.
Appointment times vary depending on which doctor you are seeing, what the appointment is for, and whether it is an initial or review appointment.
In general, initial appointments will be between 30 - 60 minutes and review appointments will 15-30 minutes duration.
For telehealth appointments, we use a platform called doxy.me. A link will be sent via SMS 2 days prior which can be used from any smart device. You will be directed to a virtual waiting room and your doctor will join you when they are ready.

A non-attendance fee of $150 will be charged if you do not attend a scheduled appointment or cancel less than 2 business days prior to your appointment. This must be paid prior to rebooking further appointments.
This is a private-billing clinic and each provider sets their own consultation fees. You can find these on their individual practitioner page on our website. There may be a reduced fee for those with government issued concession cards.
We may ask for a deposit/ pre-payment of $250 for new patients requesting telehealth appointments.
Payment must be made in full on the day of the appointment unless other arrangements have been agreed to prior to your appointment. We accept EFTPOS and credit/debit card payments.
Following receipt of payment, we will process your medicare rebate (if eligible). You should then receive this within 24-48 hours into your nominated bank account.
