Medicare Rebates
A current Medicare card is required to receive Medicare-subsidised services.
A referral is required to receive a rebate for most specialist services.
It is your responsibility to ensure your referral is current at the time of your appointment.
Payment is expected in full on the day of consultation and can be made by credit/debit card* or bank transfer. Once payment is received, we can submit the Medicare claim on your behalf, and funds should be received in your nominated account within 24-48 hours.
Telehealth consultations for new patients require a $250 deposit at the time of appointment booking. This is refundable if you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 2 business days prior.
