Dr Jenna Paterson is a specialist in adult internal medicine. She enjoys all areas of general medicine including the diagnosis of undifferentiated presentations and chronic disease management. She has completed a Graduate Diploma in Adolescent Health and Welfare to better enable her to provide holistic and ongoing medical care to younger patients with complex medical comorbidities who are transitioning into the adult healthcare system. She also works as a staff specialist at the Lyell McEwin Hospital and Modbury Hospital.
Jenna completed a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the University of Adelaide in 2012, and subsequently completed post graduate training in General and Acute Care Medicine at the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Lyell McEwin Hospital in South Australia and Austin Health and Northern Health in Victoria. She has an interest in medical education and is a clinical lecturer at the University of Adelaide.
Jenna enjoys working with her patients systematically through their medical issues, and collaborating with their general practitioners to provide a comprehensive and individualised plan.
